-Sbucciare e tagliare le mele cotogne. Metterle nel boccale con lo zucchero e succo di limone, cuocere a Varoma per 30 minuti velocità uno. Infine frullare per un minuto a velocità 10.
- Mettere la carta forno sulla leccarda e versare la cotognata appianandola. Coprire con un velo e lasciar asciugare al sole. Qusando la vedrete asciutta, giratela in modo tale che si asciughi anche da sotto. Una volta asciutta verrà tagliata e passata nello zucchero.
