Mettere nel [locked] i biscotti secchi , tritare 5 sec. vel. 7.
Aggiungere l'olio di cocco e mescolare 30 sec. vel. 5.
In uno stampo a cerniera da 20 cm trasferire il composto e compattare con un cucchiaio.
Mettere in frigo per 20 minuti. Mettere nel [locked] tutti gli ingredienti: 8 minuti, temp. 95°, vel. 4.
Trasferire il composto sopra la base e lasciar raffreddare per 2 ore.
Io l'ho servita con fragole e caramello croccante.
